Friendly staff, ideal location by train station.

Housekeeping only comes every three nights, and even then they missed cleaning the room on one occasion, which led to some inconvenience. The common washing area left much to be desired—dirty and smelly, with no showers to freshen up. Plus, the bed assignments were a mess. I found myself unexpectedly sharing my space with another guest. The noise from the storage cages early in the morning was intrusive and certainly not the most pleasant way to wake up.

Positive, Perfect location for a quick city escape. Comfortable beds and clean facilities. The breakfast was really tasty! Self check-in was super convenient. Loved having USB chargers at each bed. 😊

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was perfect, making it easy to hop on buses and trains. The air conditioning kept our room cool, and we enjoyed a cozy atmosphere. We took trips to the beautiful Hohensalzburg Fortress and the lovely Mirabell Gardens, both just a short ride away. Ideal for travelers looking for convenience!

One of my friends had an uncomfortable experience when placed in a mixed-gender room without proper consideration for safety. It was disappointing that the staff wasn't accommodating despite our request to switch her dorm.

We stayed in a Standard Quadruple Room for 4 nights, and it was super comfy! The room was nicely renovated and very clean. The beds were just right for a good night's sleep, and the space was roomy enough for us. The staff was quite helpful, and we felt at home here. Only downside was the lack of extra amenities, but honestly, it felt perfect for our needs.

We had a solid time here. Super close to the train station, which was a win for getting around the city. Room was just right for us four, not huge but cozy enough. It was nice having a shared kitchen for snacks, although the lobby was kinda hot. don’t expect room cleaning unless you ask.

The bunk beds were very comfortable and the room, bathroom, and common facilities were kept clean throughout my stay. one elevator was out of service, leading to longer wait times, and the wifi signal was inconsistent at times. Supermarkets and restaurants are conveniently nearby too.
